We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

Returns can be free or have a cost, depending on whether you exceed the minimum order amount.

All information will be clearly displayed when you start the process.

1. Initiate a return

Go to returns.fiuel.com to initiate the return. Enter your order number and the email address linked to your online order. Follow the online steps to indicate the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange or a refund.

2. Return label

Download and print the FREE prepaid return label from the confirmation page within the portal. You will receive an email confirming that your return has been initiated.

Attach the prepaid label to the original package.

3. Prepare your exchange or return

Place the new, unused items in the original package. Do not place items from different orders in the same package, nor split the return of one order into multiple boxes. Doing so could lead to delays of up to 14 business days.

4. Drop off your package

Drop off your package at a nearby Correos office. FIUEL is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy to know when your return is received. Our return period is 30 days from delivery.

During the return process, you can choose your preferred option once you have initiated your request:

• Refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Store credit for future purchases, with an additional 5% to use on your next order.

The selected option will be registered in the return request and will be applied once we receive and review the item at our facilities.

Once the return is received at our facilities, the review and approval process can take up to 5 business days.

• If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method after approval.
• If you choose store credit, it will be available in your account once the review is complete.

Please note that the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution.

We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and has its tags.

During the exchange process, you will have the option to choose another size, color, or purchase a completely different option at fiuel.com.

Once we receive and process the returned item at our facilities, the new shipment will be made according to the selected option.
